Product description

◆ The multi-functional manipulator on the drill floor is used to solve the problem of moving the drill string back and forth between the wellhead pipe area and the mouse hole in the process of connecting the drill string from the catwalk, the single pipe, and the lifting and lowering pipe.

◆ The manipulator is used to replace the manual moving and placing the drill string.The operation mode is remote control operation, and has PROFIBUS-DP interface, which is connected with the integrated control system to realize centralized control operation.

◆ The multi-function manipulator on the working platform can automatically learn the position of the marker wellhead and the mouse hole. After grabbing, the wellhead and mouse hole can be positioned with one click.
